1. General Refund Principles

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible cancellations made within the timeframes stated below.
  • All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
  • Administrative or processing fees may apply.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Cancellations by Customers

  • Flexible Bookings: Reservations canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Moderate Bookings: Reservations canceled 3–6 days before check-in may qualify for a 50% refund.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Reservations canceled less than 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

Example: If your campsite check-in is Saturday at 3 PM, cancellations must be made by the previous Saturday at 3 PM to receive a full refund.


3. Cancellations by Relax Best Travel or Partners

  • If a campsite, lodge, or activity provider cancels due to weather, safety, or operational issues, customers may choose between:
    1. A full refund, or
    2. A credit voucher to rebook within 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for additional expenses (such as transportation or third-party costs) related to cancellations beyond our control.

4. No-Shows & Early Departures

  • Guests who do not show up for their booking without prior notice (“no-show”) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Early departures or unused nights are non-refundable.

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Date changes are permitted if requested at least 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
  • Price adjustments may apply if new dates fall under a different seasonal rate.

6. Non-Refundable Services

  • Gift vouchers, promotional discounts, and special package deals are non-refundable.
  • Certain activities (e.g., guided hikes, tours, or event tickets) may be marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
